HEALING THAT FLOWS

Today's sermon is drawn from the book of Matthew 9, and in this account, its packed with exclusive healing stories of a supernatural force and its impact to humanity.

These stories of healing have been questioned by human beings, even to date. would such power still exist even today?amidst the growing pain and the never ending scourge of doubt and great hopelessness?

I find these stories refreshing and am here to say that, this stories do bring healing and a peace that we would not even fathom in a human sense. The stories of Jesus healing, give us healing that is real and more active even today.

Healing from sin and even physical healing as well. Jesus heals a paralytic in verse 1- 6, and even makes it better by healing his/her persistent sinful nature. Stories of healing have been portrayed as simple and swift, and have been normalized in this chapter of our sermon.

When Jesus healing power flows, even Justice prevails and people in authority, as like the tax collectors in those days, acknowledge this amazing wonder. Verse 9- 11 gives that clear picture.

Twelve years of great distress and perpetual scorn, end when a woman receives her healing from Jesus, and alas she is cured of all her gloom and shame (verse 20-22). These wonders go on and on throughout the chapter.

Do you believe in healing today? I bet you do if you've reached this far. We live in a world and a place where this healing story is just but a story. Well, healing is as real as it is said, Just keep an open mind and receive healing that flows from a creator that allowed His son to die for you.

Healing that flows only resides from Jesus, our prince of peace.
